I can't seem to search the forums. Is there something I need to do to activate/reactivate my account?

I somehow cant use the search forums function. it tells me:

"...., you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

but I didnt perform any of 1. and I think my account is already activated since I could log in. What could it be? maybe an issue with cookies or something?

do u know wat is the prob when i click the torrent link and then i am directed to a blank page? It happen to every torrent that i click. Pls help. Thanks.
